Encounter Collaborative recently launched ShareItNow, a new Web conferencing service that charges only $30 per year for unlimited one-to-one conferences with additional participants only costing 8-cents a minute, including audio. One-to-one conferences you ask? Encounter's research shows that 80% of Web conferences take place between two people. Presenters using a Windows-based application to share anything on their desktop via a resizable window. Viewers just need a Java-enabled Web browser. ShareItNow also has built-in encryption to protect conference content from prying eyes.
