But not in the way you might think (although, yes, there are pornblogs). A lot of Weblog owners are, how to put this tactfully, very, very interested in their referrer logs. A lot even proudly post them publicly so others can see where their visitors are coming from.
Dave Winer, who runs the well known Scripting News site reports porn sites have started to take advantage of this:
"[O]ne of our sites is getting pounded by porn sites, in an unusual way. They hit the site just enough so that their site shows up in the top sites list in the referers report. It's spam, with a very small audience. It's also easy to defend against. All we have to do is program our server to filter out the offending sites. "
