And yet we allow people from countries that we're at war with to come here.. pft, sickening. Poor Mexicans. I'm all for kicking the pregnant women back over the border who come here to try to live off the state, but not the ones who come here to try to work.. not like black people or while people hell even Asians would want those jobs anyways. :\

NOT IMMIGRANTS

People who enter illegally into the US are not immigrants. Stealing someone's identity is a crime, and they do it all the time. Immigrants are those who come legally --Illegals are just that

i agree about prosecuting the hiring people or the pr who had to the bg checks. however, its not for exploiting the aliens. the aliens deserve maltreatment for coming here and working illgally. they are fudging with both countries economies when they work here and send their money home.

I Guess You Just Don't Get It...

A thief is a thief, regardless of whether they have a job.

Case in point, all of the losers ransacking the music industry by constantly stealing music though P2P networks. Every single one of those music thieves is costing honest people extra money for every CD they buy because the thieves are raping the music companys, and that cost has to be recoupped by jacking up the CD prices. That's beside the direct losses to the artists, producsers and distributors of the music based on the money they would have received in legitimate sales for the music.

In the case of the illegal aliens, because they will work for lower wages to offset the risk of Federal discovery, they lower the overall going wage for honest American citizens who want those jobs. And they are taking jobs that could be held by honest American citizens. Beyond that the illeagl aliens often disguise their illegal status by using forged or stolen documents.

So your average illegal alien is a felonious criminal at least 4-times over: violating Federal immigration law; reduces wages, which is a theft against Ameican workers; takes job positions away from legitimate workers, another theft against American workers; and at least one, if not all, of these: possession of forged documents, identity theft; and perjury for declaring that they are citizens and signing documents to that effect. Add to that the fact that many are even registering to vote and voting based on their false identities, so those criminals are violating voting fraud laws.

By the way, if the employer is found to have been complicit in the hiring of the illegal aliens, they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent as well.

I guess you just don't get it...
